Derek - A Day In The Life...

It took me awhile to decide how to represent "A Day In The Life" in a picture. I decided that I would show "A Day In The Life" of me and also decided that I couldn't do that in one picture. I decided that I would take a picture roughly every hour of the day while I was awake. Every hour or two I would stop and take a picture of something related to what I was doing. I combined them all into a single picture using Photoshop.

I didn't do any processing to the photos, I left them all as shot.

I didn't notice any difference besides the file size between the JPG and RAW files.

  1. Interesting idea! On my screen the RAW image looks brighter, more saturated and sharper than the jpg.

  2. Nice concept for the theme. What I have now will not be as interesting unless I have time to come up with something else. When I compare the two images the jpg appears sharper and brighter. Also there is less border (ie black space on the jpg montage image than on the raw.
